As Secretary – Treasurer, Mr. Smith has over 30 years of experience in management, accounting, technology, asset protection, business planning and mediation. Scott manages the financial, compliance, legal and long-term planning issues of the company.

Under his management and guidance, Smithco has experienced steady, sustained growth and become one of the leading providers of HVAC systems in the Dallas – Ft. Worth Metroplex, as well as the entire State of Texas.

Scott is married and the father of 2 children, enjoys spending time with his family and is active in his local church.  His interests and hobbies include running, music and Civil War Reenacting.
